Soon the tiger wanted to see this new life that although she was nervous, She set out to follow the lion and see what the jungle was really like. "What could it hurt," thought the tiger, "I can walk away anytime. I need no one."
Sometime later the tiger found she really liked jungle life, she had finally found where she belonged. She now had friends. They where not all like her as a matter of fact she found that there was not one other tiger in the bunch, but that did not matter much to anyone. She found a dragon to talk to when needing an ear, a donkey to laugh with, an eagle to run with,
and the lion who seemed to ever be a guide. She found peace in being able to hunt with the others, and in rest they where never far apart.
Like so many tails this story has taken a turn, see an enemy had infiltrated the jungle. The snake had come at first in peace, so much so the the tiger had dropped her guard. Snake had begun to spread lies and stir up much unrest. So the jungle friends got together and tossed the snake out of the jungle, telling him never to return! The tiger will never forget the parting words, "you will never be anything with out me."
It took a long time for the jungle to recover because they had thought that the snake was there friend. As time moved on the jungle pack slowly made their way closer together and trust began to form. But you know the enemy is sneaky and wears many faces. This time I am not sure what may happen to the pack but the tiger is wounded. She longs to run free where the hurt can no longer cut so deep. See she is weak and angry, and the enemy works on her need to nurse her wound in private. Alone where no one can hurt her again. The tiger has never before warred with her spirit so much she is afraid to let go and trust that she will not be deceived again. She does not want to leave her jungle home. She found that its not so bad being with others. She can hear the lion and the dragon calling her name.......
As a fellow cat, the Lion understands the Tiger's need for solitude and privacy, but the jungle needs the Tiger! That's why the snake wanted to destroy the Tiger. He is afraid of the Tiger's potential.
ReplyDeleteThe Tiger's battle is not against the other jungle animals, but against the snake only. The Tiger's isolation from his other jungle friends will allow the snake access to sneak in and tell more lies. In solitude hurt is magnified, but healing comes faster and more complete while together with the jungle family.
The Tiger is brave enough to overcome the evil snake!
Isn't it funny how all the "jungle friends" here are potential "loners" by nature but have found the thing to break the generational curse of their lives? They found each other and the need to be surrounded by animals from different parts of the jungle to be complete and free the jungle of that evil snake. See the Lion goes up on Pride Rock and sees the vast Savannah to watch for potential dangers of the snake. Letting out the battle cry of victory as the snake appoarches. Calling all the Jungle Friends to their battlestations. She is wise and ready to encourage all her friends to rise up to the potential God has for them and not to be charmed by the evil snake. The Donkey stands firm and determined when it sees the deadly snake on the prowl. Standing between the snake the its potential victim. Then carrying the jungle friend to a place of safety while trampling the snake under foot. The Dragon looks quite and meek until the snake approaches and rises up strong and scorches the snake with fire of the Mighty Word of God while guarding her jungle friend with her wii fit body (HAHA). And the Eagle well she is fearless (ha) resting on the cliffs preparing herself for battle and swoops in with sharpen talons to rid the jungle of the evil snake with brute force. But the Tiger, the Tiger is continually on the hunt for the evil snake ready to overtake it with strength. A quick moving strike from her mighty paw will leave the snake broken, torn in to pieces and retreating to the nearest hole or better yet devoured by the jaw of the tiger. So you see each jungle friend has the potential on her own to defeat the snake, but it is only when we are together that we find we have ability to defeat and cut off the head of the evil snake!!!! Much like Super Heros! What shall we call ourselves in the next great adventure? Love all my Jungle Friends. I am so thankful that I am not in the jungle alone!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, Dana. That was great!
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is that I love all the jungle dwellers, and I really appreciate them for their many different talents.
